Worldzer Universal Group Nig Ltd ("Worldzer", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website to browse or purchase books, educational materials, journals, magazines and digital publications, and how that information is used.

01

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details — full name, email address and phone number, provided at checkout or through the contact form.
  • Order details — the titles you purchase, quantities, and the total amount paid.
  • Payment confirmation data — a transaction reference and payment status returned to us by our payment processor, Paystack. We do not collect or store your card number, CVV or bank login details.
02

How we use your information

We use the information collected to:

  • Process and confirm your order, and deliver the digital titles you purchase;
  • Send order receipts and, where applicable, download links to your email address;
  • Respond to enquiries submitted through our contact form;
  • Maintain accounting and transaction records as required by Nigerian law;
  • Improve the catalogue and the operation of this website.
03

Payment processing

All payments on this website are processed by Paystack, a third-party payment processor. When you check out, your payment details are submitted directly to Paystack and are subject to Paystack's own privacy policy and security practices. Worldzer only receives a transaction reference and confirmation of payment status, which we verify with Paystack before delivering your order.

04

Cookies & local storage

Your shopping cart is stored in your browser's local storage so that items remain in your cart between pages. This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to our servers until you complete checkout. This website does not currently use third-party advertising or tracking cookies; if that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.

05

Data sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with:

  • Paystack, to process payments and verify transactions;
  • Service providers who help us operate this website (for example, hosting providers), under obligations of confidentiality;
  • Regulators or law enforcement, where required by Nigerian law.
06

Data retention

We retain order and transaction records for as long as necessary to meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

07

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to our legal obligation to retain certain transaction records. To make a request, contact us using the details below.

08

Children's privacy

Some of our educational and children's titles are intended for use by minors, but purchases on this website must be made by an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children; where a school or parent purchases on behalf of a student, the purchasing adult's information is what we collect and process.

09

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
