Worldzer Universal Group Nig Ltd is a Nigerian-registered company engaged in the publication, printing, distribution, marketing and sale of books, educational materials, journals, magazines and digital publications, alongside editorial and publishing consultancy, bookstore and online retail operations, printing services, media and content development, and educational consultancy.

Orders & digital delivery

All titles sold through this website are delivered digitally (EPUB, PDF and/or MOBI, as indicated on each title). On successful payment verification, access or download instructions are sent to the email address you provide at checkout. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate, monitored email address.

Pricing & payment

All prices on this website are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price charged will be the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

Refunds & cancellations

Because our titles are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final. We will, however, provide a refund or replacement file where:

• You were charged but did not receive access to your purchase due to a technical fault on our end;
• You were charged more than once for the same order; or
• The digital file delivered is corrupted or does not match the title ordered.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your transaction reference.

Intellectual property

All titles sold on this website remain the intellectual property of Worldzer Universal Group Nig Ltd or its contributing authors. Purchasing a title grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to read that title for your own personal or, where explicitly licensed for a school, institutional use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make publicly available any title or portion of it without our prior written consent.

Prohibited uses

You agree not to: circumvent or remove any access protection on a digital file; share your purchased files publicly or with unauthorised third parties; use this website for any unlawful purpose; or attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of this website.

Accuracy of your information

You are responsible for ensuring that the name, email and phone number provided at checkout are accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery of digital titles resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Worldzer Universal Group Nig Ltd's liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our titles or this website.

Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
